General Return Policy
TTBUY merchandise* can be returned or exchanged within 21 days of the date of receipt by mail or from purchase at our TTBUY stores.
Returned items will only be accepted if they have not been worn, washed, damaged, soiled, stained, or altered in any way including, but not limited to; deodorant stains, animal hair, food stains and any glitter or shimmer remains. Makeup/tanning product and fragrance transfer will deem the item as worn and will not be accepted. All tags must be attached, and the items must be in their original condition. Items must be returned in their original packaging to ensure that they are adequately protected upon return. Please be sure to tape all edges of the package to ensure the product remains in the box while in transit. Damages to returns incurred while in transit will not be accepted. The Everyday Tote must be returned in its original box to receive a refund.
No return and/or product exchange can be made on free product.
All items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for exchanges, returns or price adjustments.
Any product that is damaged upon receipt must be reported to Customer Service by emailing support@ttbuy.xyz within 48 hours of delivery or return might not be approved.
Please allow up to 7 business days transit time for it to arrive at our warehouse. We inspect returns within 2-3 business days of their arrival. Please place the packing list in the same box as your return to avoid any delays in the inspection process. Once your return has been accepted, we will immediately process your reimbursement and send a confirmation email. The time it takes to restore the credit back to your account depends on the Credit Card Issuer (anywhere from 3-14 business days).
Our online store can only accept merchandise that has been purchased directly from our website. In-store purchases cannot be returned via mail and will only be accepted at a TTBUY store location. International orders cannot be returned to TTBUY stores. Merchandise purchased at any other retailers must be returned to the respective retailer.
TTBUY reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet the return policy requirements. TTBUY is not responsible for wear and tear and any changes that occur to an item, due to the nature of garment materials. Denied returns will be shipped back to the customer. To ensure a positive experience for all our clients, if we identify through electronic analysis an unreasonable return pattern, we may restrict or refuse future return transactions from such clients at TTBUY stores.
